Regular Author with Full Paper RMB 2800 (USD 480) per paper (within 7 pages)
Extra Page fee (Begin at Page 8) RMB 400 (USD 70) per extra page
Listener / Accompanying Person RMB 1200 (USD 230) per person

Regular Registration fees include the following:
  • Conference Welcome Packet
  • All Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, etc.)
  • Lunch & Dinner on June 16, 2018
  • Coffee Breaks during All Sessions
  • Conference Proceedings (CD form)
  • Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide
  • One-day Tour

Notes:
  1. Accommodation at the hotel covers breakfast.
  2. The registration fee does not include:
    • Accommodation
    • Visa application fee
    • Transportation fee
  3. Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper. Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.
  4. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to IWEG@a-scie.org or sec_wu@iwegconf.org.
    No refunds will be given for cancellations after May 15, 2018. Hotel reservations must be canceled 10 days in advance.
  5. Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
